- The Box has a 1-year warranty and HDHTV.us is responsible for replacing the box during the 1-year warranty period if any technical and software issues occur during this warranty period.
- HDHTV.us will be responsible for paying the shipment fee on the one hand and the shipment fee on the other hand will be paid by the customer according to the distance to replace the box within 1-year warranty period
- Damage to the HDTV box by the user due to abuse, electricity, fire, bodily harm, or natural or man-made acts is the responsibility of the customer.
- The HDHTV.us box has all the entertainment facilities and features for consumers at a reasonable price compared to the market, so there will be no return policy when customers place an order. Customer can apply for refund in first 24 hours after placing the order. Once shipment is being made then there will be no refund policy available for the customer or 24 hours passed after placing the order whatever happens first.
- If You receive the call from HDHTV.US then before proceeding with the call make sure the name of the agent and his/her ID otherwise we’ll be not responsible for any of your loss.
- If a customer apply a false dispute of payment against HDHTV.us. Customer will be penalized for 50$.

- You are giving HDHTV.US the authorization to call you back and also can send you the latest updates and promotional rates of our IPTV BOX time to time even if you are on the National Do Not Call List (DNS).
- The shipment will take 7 to 15 business days to be delivered to the customer’s shipping address. You can pay extra for the priority shipping.
- HDHTV.US reaches where cables don’t and don’t forget to avail your rewards on a referral.
