The Box has a 1-year warranty and HDHTV.us is responsible for replacing the box during the 1-year warranty period if any technical and software issues occur during this warranty period.
HDHTV.us will be responsible for paying the shipment fee on the one hand and the shipment fee on the other hand will be paid by the customer according to the distance to replace the box within 1-year warranty period
